General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the course series "CONSCIOUSNESS BEYOND THE BRAIN":
1. Event
The course series “CONSCIOUSNESS BEYOND THE BRAIN” consists of 10 related webinars from 09.11.2023 up to and including 25.01.2024. The course series can only be booked as a whole; booking individual courses at partial prices is not possible.
2. Booking / participation
The booking is made on our website, using the form “PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE WEBINAR”. After that, the interested party will receive his registration link to our e-learning platform for complete registration. Participation in the webinar series is also done through our e-learning platform.
The registration includes the possibility to participate in the webinar series. The registration is binding and triggers the costs specified during registration, even if the registered person does not participate in the webinar series (or individual webinars thereof).
The registration for the webinar can be withdrawn / revoked until the start of the first webinar (09.04.2021) without incurring the webinar costs.
The course series “CONSCIOUSNESS BEYOND THE BRAIN” will be held in English. There is no obligation on the part of the organizer to provide translations of the course content.
3. Costs
The participation in the webinar series costs:
a) 90,- Euro (gross) for Professionals,
b) 50,- Euro (gross) for Students outside India,
c) Free for Indian Students from Indian Universities,
d) Free for ECR Associates and DSVV Associates from Indian Universities.
For DSVV Students and DSVV Staff as well as ECR Staff the webinar series is free of charge after confirmation of their employment status.
All students are required to upload their current university enrollment certificate as a scan or picture, in order to proceed to the registration. The documents will be checked for validity. If we find discrepancies, we are obliged to charge the full amount of 90,- Euro gross.
4. No recording and sharing of the webinars
Participants are not allowed to make recordings in picture and/or sound of the individual webinars themselves and to distribute or publish them in any way – also in extracts. The only exception is the recording for personal use only. In particular, it may not be published on the Internet.
It is not allowed to share the webinar and its participation link with third parties.
5. Certificate
At the end of the entire 10-part course “CONSCIOUSNESS BEYOND THE BRAIN” participants can obtain the course certificate from Dev Sanskriti University.
Cancellation policy for the provision of services:
The following revocation instructions apply only to consumers: consumers have a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of revocation, you must contact us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. If you have requested that the services begin during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
