Our goal is to create<\/span>\u00a0a sustainable, flexible learning environment in which\u00a0life long\u00a0learning is possible and in which the individual and collective potential is highly supported. The learning environment is supposed to be embedded in\u00a0an\u00a0holistic environment to fit to the dyn<\/span>amically changing needs of our modern society and to the needs of our children, as they are the future of our society.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This is the vision of \u201cPerformance city\u201d,\u00a0<\/span>T<\/span><\/b>he\u00a0<\/span>R<\/span><\/b>enaissance\u00a0<\/span>U<\/span><\/b>niversity of\u00a0<\/span>E<\/span><\/b>urope,\u00a0<\/span>T.R.U.E.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The basement of the learning environment is fo<\/span>rmed by three pillars.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. An alternative, modern educational concept, fitting to the needs of a dynamically changing society and an altered state of information exchange.<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>
    1. Well equipped learning environment for free, highly supported, individual learni<\/span><\/b>ng (science labs, language labs, engineering workshops\u2026)<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>
      1. A cooperative platform for \u201cexperts\u201d (teacher) from all parts of society. Likethis adultscan work together with children and children can work together with \u201cexperts\u201d, both sides can learn from<\/span><\/b>\u00a0each other.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        The theoretical, pedagogical foundation is described by the 8 areas of potential development.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Courage + Bravery<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Movement + Beauty<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Focus + brain hemispheres<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Balance + Emotional stability<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Responsibility + Independence<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Creativity +\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Flexibility<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Cooperation + Social skills<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Patience + Persistence<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        To enhance the holistic individual potential, we work with methods deriving from these basic\u00a0principles,\u00a0 to\u00a0\u201cunblock\u201d and raise the potential of individuals as well as the potential of collec<\/span>tives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Some of the methods being used are the following; gymnastics, flying with the plane, parachuting, balancing, intuitive music, flying with\u00a0simulator,\u00a0 various\u00a0drawing techniques (working with both brain hemispheres), Czech pong\u2026<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
